We can’t offer an exchange on returned items for International customers but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size or item you’d prefer.
If you wish to return orders from outside of the UK you should contact our customer service team before making a return so that we can advise on the best way to resolve your problem.
As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. Please remember to include paperwork relating to your original order details so that we can match your return with the order. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us so we recommend using a recorded/tracked service and it is a good idea to get a proof of postage/receipt, so if your parcel goes missing on the way to us, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
Please ensure all tags and packaging are retained, as they must be returned with the product upon its return to us. The product must also be in a new unused condition.
